P0134P2109P1604Codes in vitz after changing oxygen sensor issue isn’t sloved
cat converter is clogged O2 sensor is malfunctioning. (clean the cat con and replace O2 sensors)disconnect the battery (+) terminal reconnect after 15 minutes. Start and leave engine to idle, ECU goes to relearn mode ( factory settings)
rescan, if TPS error again pop up replace it as well.

Also don't waste time buying o2 sensor from scrap yard. They are all bad.
No activity means lean mixture please mention the model of the vehicle i think its ksp130 spider shape vitz.
It happens when you choose wrong part no oxygen sensor for it.
Its sensor is NTK based not denso so it will not work on it

I have changed o2 sensor, but issue didn’t resolved. May be the o2 sensor isn’t matched.

they are not.... they differ in working so as voltage readings

Usually means bad wiring, was the wiring checked before buying a sensor? And did you buy it used from scrapyard?

Actually this series of KSP130 uses NTK oxygen sensor their working principle is opposite to normal O2 Normal O2 sensor goes from 0V to 1 V when engine starts and it raises from 0 to upward where as NTK sensor is when switched off is at 1.25V And when engine is started it goes down from 1.25 V to 0 and then to 1 V offset So when denso sensor is hooked up the ECU applies the voltage and it senses the difference ands pops the ECL
