Vitz gas kit issue

Hi, I have recently purchased vitz 1999(engine changed two years ago). Yesterday after driving 2 km with AC I notice smoke. When checked I found that water was available in radiator as well as in side bottle. Fan was also working . Now mechanic told that gas kit is burn. I wanted to know what could b the reason. And if anyone knows good machainic in North nazimabad Karachi.

What type of smoke was it?

Thanks all, issue resolved, the issue was battery connectors were not connected properly which made fan slow. Gas kit was ok. Now it's working fine.
