I have vitz 2013 3rd gen , my car engine vibrate a lot even car seat also vibrate due to this reason . I have service all the items Injector, plug , air filter clean , fuel filter clean ,but problem still there
Get the VVTI system checked. A friend of mine got the VVTI oil control solenoid changed and it fixed the problem. Also get the idle RPM checked, some mechanics mess it up and it drops too low at idle. Check the electrical system i.e. the plug wires and the coil.
2013 model vehicle is now 8 years old sir i suggest it is time to change engine and transmission mountings buy oem new, well before playing around by mechanix to change this & that as experiment.

but keep in mind vibration is normal in vitz when you clean throttle body you will feel good but after few days you car will start vibrate
