it can be fix very well.
lot of people out there in market who are doing.
in Township, Walton Road, Montgomery road, Saddar, Neela Gumbad, etc. everywhere you can find the mirror repairing guys.
if Walton road is close to you, then i know one guy there. his name is Jani. (full name Ramzan). He is good in fixing such mirrors.

Yes it can be fixed as replacement is expensive, 20-30k... I guess the use of hot iron, staples and then superglue+baking soda can do the job... Can also be done by the use epoxy resin... However, ask the repair guys how are they gona fix it...
Additionally, ask them to install a security wire inside to save it from theft in the future... Its a clutch wire secured inside so that if someone breaks it intentionally, even then can't take it away

Ok, thanks had the mirror base replaced. Just wanted to make sure if was replaceable.

yes actually your mirror is ok. only its base needs to be replaced.
i replaced the base for my corolla couple of years back and it cost me around 1500. But luckily the mirror was totally fine and was not broken from inside event the not any wire was damage.

These repairs works good on many other
plastic things. But they don’t last longer on side mirrors.

Have tried super glue, elfi, magic, etc on
one of my ex-car’s side mirror. But all these tricks lasted for few days only
and secondly there is not any neatness. A couple of elfi drops spill on the passenger
side door paint. Imagine how hard it was to remove them. I almost scratched the
clear coat while removing those drops of super glue.
