Bro yesterday (to my surprise that i didn't know earlier) i found a premio totally stripped including bumpers in the drive way of my parent's house.
upon investigation i came to know that the husband of the lady who works at my parents place is the expert and infact its his business to clean the cars after stripping them.
i met him to investigate the details and he told me that usually people give him cars for stripped cleaning before selling. he charge 3K for that. job includes complete interior including taking the seats and carpets out. Also the trunk and engine bay cleaning.
i asked him which chemicals do they use and he told me that they use acid. i opened the car to check the quality of the job and for another hour my eyes and hands kept burning.
the quality of the work was around 50-60% of the detail the way you do (i think it should be acceptable to those who cant do it themselves).
however there is a query in my mind, lets say if they are using raw acid on the car paint, isnt it suppose to impact the color and cause corrosion?
just thought to share my experience.
