175/70/13 will be good size and will not impact fuel economy.

Comfort relates to side wall size. In 14 inch you have only choice of 175/65R14.
Brother i m confused between current 165 70 r14 or 175 65 14.. 165 70 14 looks good in car not too big but they are 2016 made smuggled hard tyres
