Vitz Vibration after Rebuild

Salam.

I recently had my Vitz's Engine Rebuilt after it started to consume lots of Oil (1KR-FE).

After the rebuild we idled the engine for 4 hours and changed the VVTI Sensor after having super rough idle when we started driving.

This helped a lot but we face an odd issue now, the car has been driven over 100 kms since the rebuild but when coming to an idle when the car is in Drive, we face low idle which causes severe vibration.

We pulled out our foundations and the gear one was pretty bad which we then replaced, the vibrations are better but still quite noticeable.

Any idea what to check? All compression readings are great, no soot on Plugs etc.

Engine runs great and no odd noises when driving.

How was the cam shaft condition? And can you explain the rebuild? What parts were replaced

Give it some time and Kms it will get fine once it crossed 2000 km mark.
Too long idle doesn't help in engine break in if the new pistons and cylinder was bored out.
Well what happened done is done now focus on some long route drive with observed speed up to 100 km/h with gentle throttle and carefully load observation.

Engine for the most part was alright, nothing like some of the other 1KR's I have seen. It was just eating tons of oil.

Sure will drive the car upto a 100km/h and the 2k mark and see what happens.

I also however do notice slight jerks etc when driving the car sometimes which is a little odd but may have to do with the wiring, the Fuse Box in the car was pretty dirty and carbonated. Will have that cleaned up.

I have noticed right now that when I use any electrical equipment when the headlights are on such as windows the light dims.

Does this mean our alternator is causing issues?

Yes it can put load see the alternator output duty ratio in live data list.

What was the condition of the cylinders? Polished smooth or had cross hatching visible?

Oil control rings clogged on the pistons? Exhaust holes blocked?

Weirdly the issue turned out to be poor quality petrol.

Seems like pumps here are loading up on Irani Petrol.
