Vitz vibration

My Vitz is vibrating at high speeds like 80+kmph. What can be the issue? A mechanic told me you need to replace your coil. Another said you have a bent axle probably. Any having solved such issue before?

Have you also checked engine mounts? Well experts can better guide, however, noise and vibrations in 1KR-FE Vitz are common issues.

I've myself inspected this issue and the vibration gets worse once throttle is engaged, & as soon as you leave the throttle it goes away. Drove it on neutral, there's no vibration, as soon as gear engages, it gives vibration... Car is struck from front and probably has a bent axle rod or a worn out axle inners... Still confirmation will be done, once it's opened and seen...

Bro please note it that it vibrates at high speeds but does fine at lower speeds or even at idling

yes and i think its because of broken engine mount. the one in which oil circulates.

No not the case... Inspected it myself... Every mount is perfect... Issue is affiliated with axles and inners... Other than that everything of car is 100% working..

Basically the word vibration is used in the sense of wobbly feeling... Like you have bad rims and you go on speed and you feel wobble so that same kind of behavior is present once the car is outputting power since it's a cvt transmission if you leave the foot the power output drops, shaking disappears you again floor it, power output increases on wheels and wobble appears again...

So this is bent axle rod or bad axle inners...

If engine mount was the issue. The car would have vibrated on idle aswell.

In your case could be anything, bent tires, unbalanced tires, as u mentioned bent tie rod, get it checked from a wheel balancing alignment shop.

It could also be that your cars brakes needs to be re-shaped on the lathe machine

Yes, brother exactly.. I explained you the problem statement just because of this reason because the word vibration is associated with mounts and but it's wobbly feel

If you switch from D to N on a running car on 80kph or any speed, wobbling disappears. But as soon as engine power is out putted it starts wobbling...
So tie rod never causes this nor any suspension parts other than axle or inners...

And brakes come in action when you either press them or when you feel brake paddle bouncing...
Theres no such symptom either sir...

Hmm seems to be slippage in variator belt assembly. This is the common problem in k410 CVT wobble appears when throttle is pressed and it disappears when throttle is released.

Another scenario is inner axcel joints are jamming due to non lubrication or had worn out ball bearings in it.

These are the two scenarios. 3rd one don't exists.

Yeah exactly proper methodology will be removal of axles and inspecting the axles... If they're perfect.. Then forsure the cvt issue you list will be present..
The car is r category so possibly such cars have a complain of bent axle rods or control arms and inner can get worn out.
