Vitz vs City help me choose

Hello,

I would like to buy a new car and thinking of either Vitz or City (would have love to buy Oriel but too expensive )

Please can you guys compare it for me (just forget the resale part, I am buying car for me , for family, for pleasure for longterm NOT for business)

How is the Passenger capicity between two cars, although city look biger i feel like Vitz is biger from inside.

Engine power : Although vitz will be 1000 vs 1300 i feel like as it is Jap import may be it is more powerfull and beter auality ?

Petrol usage ? I have no idea which is beter ?

CNG ? do i loose alot of power in a 1000 cc car ? in my actual cultus i dont see much difference maybe only when roads slop up.

Safety ? I think vitz will win but your advice required

Others accesories etc...

Design is mater of taste so we cant compare.

for the power..i can tell you...both are way underpowered....and for CNG..every car dies so its not a matter of question.....and yah CNG in vitz can be a problem in the end...cuz of t auto transmission and yah will be a prob in city auto too....if not installed from proper person.....
in the end safety.....vitz has it....but city dun even dream of it :P...

VITZ over any local car any day!!! offcourse not civic but yes altis aswell!

dear look there's a hell lot of differnce between both cars or let say manufactures...one is assembled in japan and another's here.its a locak trend in pakistan industry that they built cheap poor cars with average engines (becoz they are imported frm abroad,otherwise koi haal na hota) but higher prices.
i'm not saying CITY is not the nice car...i have one in my family...i tooo have a VITZ 2004 as my personal car...seriously i enjoy more driving VITZ
NON of both cars is UNDERPOWERED (As stated by dear NAXUN) but yes there are not for CNG..everyone knows that! if your looking for some eco ride go for some hybrid...CNG is not the solution of eco in the whole world.
Vitz is much more comfortable then CITY..much more tougher then CITY...much more safe then CITY...much more pleasureable then CITY...its only becoz its made in JAPAN!

my advice...if your looking for average car with CNG and peace of mind that it will sell at the same cost your buying today go for CITY (As you will keep on noticing the price hike in these local cars)

BUT!
if you really wanna enjoy driving it..if you really wanna feel what car exactly is....if you really wanna have fun with your family while being in the safe car (atleast alot safer the local cars) go for VITZ! but offcourse a genuine excellent condition car...as i don't want to cheat you i must tell that YES there are some poor vitz standing in the market for sale..but they are spoiled by our peaple! so you better get a fresh import geuine car if your going for VITZ...!

and do tell me if you buy VITZ and you didn't enjoyed it....i will sell mine aswell kidding..i will never do it

The passenger capacity of both the cars have not much difference.the vitz look small but the passenger capacity is sooo much slightly more then city...easily 3 persons can fit in the rear...unlike cultus and santro
n yeah theres no chance vitz is underpowered car.Ppl think that coz its a 3 cylinder car so it will be less powerfull but it still produces 12 more bhp`s then a normal 4 cylinder cultus or santro.but I must tell u one think if ur talking about 1.3 i-vtec city then its really a superpowerful car and lot quicker then vitz.

In city vitz gives about 12 to 13km/litre no idea about city

U can install CNG on a manual city but not on vitz... Vitz Is dead and worst on gas and its computer is destroyed on cng

For the safety Vitz kicks the city pretty hard.thnx to the Dual Airbag,Abs,G-con
technology vise vitz is then again the King wid its

Retractable sdemirror system
reverse camera
Keyless entry etc...

Look wise both the cars have there own class but City looks pretty sexy on the road when compared to vitz.....

You said Vitz is 3 cylnder are you talking about old vitz (before 2005) as i see 4 cylander on jap webssite for new vitz (2009)

Also please compare how are jumps, khadas felt in both cars ? Is it same ? i want a car where you feel the elss possibele when there are jumps and khadas on road. I have Cultus and it is Hell when there is a khada on road and my family want something comfortable

the vitz in new shape which is 1 litre is coming wid a 3 cylinder vvti engine wid 68 bhp.
Overall City might be lill more comfortable when it comes to khadas and stuff since its a sedan...but Vitz is also really smooth atleast its alot better then cultus or santro

Yaar I am so confused dont know what to get now I urgently need to get one but still confused what to get

Some people are saying Vitz is biger then City from inside with more space and more comfortable

BTW is vitz from 2006 to 2010 same model, shape engine etc.. ?

Yeah vitz frm 2005 is the new model wid new shape and the engine was changed frm 4 cyl to 3 cyl to mak it more economical........

What I am thinking of doing is.

Take brand new City then use and ask my Uncle in Japan to find me good vitz instead of buying it here. And when vitz arrive I sell City as city has a good resale value.

Is it a good idea ?

BTW can anyone please confirm if the iside passenger space is same and we sit comfortably in City thn Vitz or vice versa ?
