@ all... I have been thinking aboutjumping on this seller's integrity stuff which u ppl have started out of no where. Your intentions might be good but to start something on these line and while discussing a particular Bug is unfair Vdubbers last post shows that he has been hurt the way in which this discussion is being conducted.
All this should have been discussed when Storm or whoever saw the micro.
I dont know who bought that van but it seems that it is some one in Isloo. Did he buy it w/o seeing it or having some one check it out if this is the case then it is no one else's fault but his own. I went to see that van but of course I straight away saw that it was worthless totally hopeless. I even Pmailed the few ppl who seemed to be interested in buying it and told my opinion.....Contd....
If u guys simply go back and read his posts u could easily work out that the person was only a dealer whose only interest is selling off the vehicle at a profit keep his commission (as I dont think the van belonged to him) and thats it. He just appeared on PW with his AD no posting history and the way he seemed to be overly enthusiastic.... but still I would not be able to call him a cheat coz the buyer was free to inspect the car the deal was on Caveat Emptor !!!
And now all of a sudden u start this discussion when Vdubber who has a long posting history has simply said that he wants to sell his bug. It is a bit harsh ....
People who have seen his Bugs specially the 77 would vouch that he is very particular about his Cars.
Just to make my point clear ..... just to make it clear when recently Storm had posted an AD for his 1303 and THING. If some one started discussing that it is not possible to spend 400 K on a Bug...or why is he selling it when he has spent so much on it and he claims to be such a big enthusiast...How would Storm feel.....
