hello all. am selling a CU 2liter engine. will fit T25 van, and perhaps the later model bay windows. Will NOT fit Beetles. I bought it AS IS, so have no idea of its internals. missing push rod tubes and push rods. Selling for Rs.6000/. Buyer collects. Sorry no pictures.

@ Romano:
All experts advised me to take one thing at a time, complete the stage and then think forward, not to collect everything that I find in the process but I certainly couldn’t hold myself from collecting all items that I found in the process like back seat ashtrays, Hella original 6V+ 12V horns, Side mirrors, hella small tail light set, Brand new King Pin set, brand new shock absorbers, jack, clean door glass set, clean windscreen, foot rest trim among others…
The challenge is finding brand new necessary items, like the floor pan rubber and other required rubber sets, good quality body trim, new steering wheel etc…. It has almost become impossible to restore these completely.
Then again thanks to gurus like you, Javaid uncle and others on this forum there is ray of hope for new bee’s like me….

Hey People, i have a bug that needs a desperate resto... here are the pics... comments and suggestions from guru's needed...

pics show the current condition of the car... there is a nasty dent on the roof which i partially took out myself...

a brief history on the car...i bought it from karachi in august with the help of Bug guru Doc. Asad and it reached islamabad in october... since then the car has been parked at my mechanics while the paper work was sorted in karachi by the very helpful Doc. Asad... thanks doc...

Now that the paper work is sorted i'm looking for a full resto on it... Hope it goes as planned... gonna need a whole lot of dough to get this one done...

Got myself '68 rear fender's and tail light's bases today, both of the item's are in extra clean condition and are ready-to-paint. Will post picture's of them tomorrow. Got them from the Beetle doctor @AsadIshtaque. Doc I owe you big time
