Hey all, after viewing this entire thread in 3 hours! i have concluded that there are ALOT of veryyy enthusiastic and talented vw fans here. with some veryy very sweet beetles. the thing is, im 19, and iv saved up some money, im crazy about the 60s-70s vw beetle, and iv been looking around to buy one(in lahore), but the ones iv come across, are in terrible condition. and im a noob, so i dont know much about how to restore such cars. what i want to know is, how much can i get a decent vw beetle in running condition for? decent meaning doesnt have to be show quality, but reliable and fuel efficient.
secondly, what if i get a beetle in a bad condition, lets say it needs a paint job, and the interior and all is very messed up, how much money would i need to restore it to decent conditions?
any sort of help would be highly appreciated.
