Yes, muffler tips are best bought new. They clamp on to the original exhaust and are welded onto the locally made alternatives.
Wiper switches are obtained from kabarias. You already have the number. Shops are located at 'Sultan ja khoon' in Rwp.
Karachi shops had Taiwan made glove box locks whcih are not as good in quality as the original ones. But as a tradeoff are lockable. You might get lucky in finding a second hand original.
Storm has already guided you well for the custom gear knob.
Btw, the ignition switch you refer to is the original one. Once this goes bad, most people prefer to slap on a locally available universal switch (cheaper) which you see on you dash towards the middle.
