Use a stabilizer. I am using it with no problems.

Check voltage on It's adapter. If it's universal voltage type i.e. 100-240 v, then you can use it.
Voltage in Pakistan is 220-240 v, whereas in USA and Canada, it's 100-120 v.
There are three types of Adapters.100-120 v, 100-240 v, 220-240 v.
