which car bro ??? adding a voltage stabilizer wont add a harm infact it'l be good,it'l improve the acceleration response to an extent,better lights if HID's are installed they'l be brighter,if u have a heavy sound system then base would be strong and it wont suck down ur battery and cause light dimps,if u have some neon stuff then it'l be be brighter.
a voltage stabilizer is basically installed with a grounding kit in the cars which have grown a bit old as due to usage of sound system etc and grounding wires being old develop resistance which slows down all the above mentioned processes a bit and if not taken care of then it starts effecting the overall performance like roaring engine and slow acceleration even with a new clutch and other stuff,(to an extent).
