np hopefully wires would do the trick and do check the internal wiring for the pre and the fuse box that if they are supplying just the right voltage,and if am not wrong u 4got about coil and dyno give them a check as well .

Coil is also a culprit i think...

When i switched the Car sometime Radiator fan starts with switch and lights come in CNG Switch but sometime Radiator fans start after the start of engine and lights in CNG Switch come after the Start of engine!! Whats this?? Is this a Problem??

wiring problem,do u have pvc tape wrapped wiring? if so then wires are coming into contact with each other which do funny things,get it checked wiring might need new tape covering.
