W57 LCD required (Only Touch Panel)

I have vitz-2008 model, ND3T-W57 LCD system installed Japan fitted. one I remove Battery to install a new battery after that My LCD gone White, NO Display, But it works properly, only Touch Panel LCD is totally white. if anyone have W57 LCD Touch Panel then Please Comment there
