Wagon R 2018 Vibration at 60-70kmh

Hi,

Its a strange issue and even Suzuki dealership wasnt able to fix. New Wagon r 1500km driven vibrating between 60/70km/h.. but neither above that speed nor below it vibrates.

Cant really understand the issue here

Its either the tyre or the rims in my opinion. I faced the same issue in my previous car,xli 2010 and the issue was resolved after changing rims. Try and arrange a ride in ur car by replacing all ur tyres along with rims of some other wagon r (which is in normal working condition) and see weather u feel vibrations again or no.

Its not tyres or rims as if i put hard foot on accelerator it doesnt wobble, its something to do with engine, acceleration, throttle.. but dont know whats it plus suzuki dealerships cant figurenit out too

have you checked the wheel balance, bad balancing causes this, and yes, bad balancing does result in a wobble at 60-70, go past 130 and you will feel it again, so just get the tires balanced from a reputable place and problem solved

Waqas Alignment, Waris road. They solved similar problem for me. Now WR is smooth till 120.

What are the charges?

Rs.800 for 4 wheels including sticky weights for alloy rims. Charges for normal rims are lesser since existing weights are reused.

I am facing same issue, It vibrates at around 60 and then again at between 110 and 118. Everything is default including tyres and rims. At 120 it is smooth again. I have VXL 16 model, I am also planing to install new tyres.

If someone can advise, how this issue can be resolved as I have to travel on motorway. Which tyres size/type will be best to avoid this issue and to maintain better fuel economy.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Stick to the stock size, get your tires balanced, and this issue is resolved. You could go for a slightly wider size if you think its grip is not enough, otherwise the stock size is good

Kindly get your wheels balanced, this issue is due to balancing only.
Once properly balanced, these vibrations will vanish.

aoa bros , Any good mechanic in ISL/Pindi for wheel balancing as im facing the same issue between 60KM/hr ~ 70KM/hr.I went to Federal Motors Islmd but they say its manufacturer fault and every waggy has this issue.

I'm facing since I got the car. I talked to the suzuki guy on 5000 service he told me the cars with alloys have had a balancing issue.

Since it was Sunday he told me to visit anytime. I havnt had time thou but let's see.
