Wagon R Hybrid Japan 2018 high RPM on idle and drive

I have 2018 model hybrid Wagon R. Recently got tuned and plugs changed (genuine). Since this work, car RPM is continuously at 1200 at idle. RPM is also not stable. On reverse, it shoots. Mechanics have done hit and try but issue is same. If someone here knows solution or went through this?
