Wagon R speed problem

I bought wagonR 2007 model car few days ago but its maximum speed is not more then 60-70 kph and in upward slope its speed decreases too much... can anybody tell me the problem with it or recommend me a good mechanic nearby wah cantt, Rawalpindi or Islamabad. thnx

Tune up the car once plus change the oil. I hope that will sort out the issue for you
