Suzuki must be using dalda instead of proper oil then too 
See the drain interval of your coolant as per on the manual and change the coolant then. And remember coolant come in two major varieties. One is I think OAT based. and both these are incompatible, so better stick with official company or OEM supplied coolant. And due diligence is must so you may not intermix the coolant. In severe cases they may coagulate and create a blockage somewhere in the coolant loop.

Newer car have similar types of coolant but I think coolant type varies with the materials used in engine (aluminium / iron etc) and the coatings used in them.
