WagonR VXL non AGS VS Alto VXL AGS

I am confused between Wagon R VXl non AGS and Alto VXL AGS.
My buget is 22 lacs. and I have no issue driving manual or automatic Not a concern.
For Family usage 5 persons of a family.
My usage mostly in city and less out of city travel. LIKE 1 time in a Month.
Daily driving almost 60km per day
Need Zero meter
Need Peace of mind.
Need Solid body
Need Excellent AC
Need Power
Need Fuel effeciency
Need good Resale

well maintained and genuine condition

Cultus has more market share and would be in Market for ling period.

Alao cultua is upper tier car as compared.to wagon R

Both are good, but Alto AGS is better in my opinion if driving is mostly in city for better fuel economy and features, also the AC is good too being 660cc. I am using wagonr vxl and in city it is sometime hectic to drive manual car.

Alto. I own both alto vxr and wagon r vxl, Alto is much better city car.
