Waiting for 1.3 CNG Liana

Subsequent to discontinuation of Baleno,Suzuki intends to introduce 1.3L Liana with and without company fitted CNG kit. The price might be around 8.50. But the interior would be more or less the same that of 1.6L Liana. I have a 2005 JXR CNG Baleno. Does not give any trouble. Does around 175 kms in a cylinder with A/C. The only draw back is limited trunk space as compared to City or Corolla (after intallation of a cylinder). If only Liana could provide that much needed space,it would be a hit in Pakistan.

BECAUSE IT WAS NOT MADE IN PAKISTAN WHEN IT MADE IN PAKISTAN SO 1.3 CNG LIANA WILL BE AVIABLE

yaar..when pakistan starts the production, the car will be turned into junk..pakistani's destroy each and every car the make here.. look at liana's interior..its so H-O-T !.now when pakistan is gonna make it it will be S-H-I-T.. pakistani's destroy everything!

well hunchback i guess ur pretty hard on pakistanis.the reason why they change specs is to keep da price of da car as low as possible becuz on de oder hand if they put in everything the cars cost is goona increse causing its failure in da market nd tht is exactly why i think liana 1.6 was not a success nd it is all due to its price......

175 km on long or local?
well yeah when u travel with family in place of a suit case u need shopping bags for things in a CNG car : ),

Its 175 Kms local running around in Islamabad. I am trying to install 2 25kg cylinders in my XLi just like the Spectra. But uptil now there is no success. CNG wala says the upper cylinder does not hold tight. By the way the kit price has crossed 60,000 rupees. Just the Faber cylinder costs 31000. So much for Prime Minister's directive of providing alternative fuel channels on nominal rates. On 31st Oct 2005 the Petrol will be around 60 and diesel 40.
