U need Float Switch to be installed in Fuel Tank & Instrument panel with Fuel Guagae or single unit Fuel guage which comes wid big bikes. If parts are in working condition then a good electrician can fix & make it work in ur bike.
Complexities:
- For installtion of float switch in Tank modification in tank wud be required & size of the float assembly may not be exactly identical to ur bikes Fuel tank design.(So u have to find such float which shud max comaptible with ur bikes fuel tank structure)
- Compatibilty of Flaot switch with Fule guage is also necessary other wise Response of the guage wud not be stable & linear.
Other option is to have Fuel guage panel & Float from some local bike like CG DLux, Piaggio, Junoon Etc & get it fixed. That solution wud be expensive than of used parts from Junk.
