Want new tires for my Corolla GLI 1.3L E140 2014 Limited Edition

AOA, I need help with choosing best tires for my car.

I travel around 40 KMs daily in Lahore.
I go to Kasur twice a year + a north trip is coming up so need something that is noiseless, comfortable, has good grip on wet roads and, good grip at high speed on Motorway.

Ok.
But I read on some forums that Yokohama tires are soft and have less life than other brands.
Some said Yokohama lasts 30k KMs.
What will the expected life of the model you shared?
I do not have good knowledge, I am a beginner.

Soft, noiseless and comfortable runs less like 40k kms. They're a bit less grippy though.
Hard, noisy and bumpy runs more like easy 60k kms. They got ample amount of grip.
Give and take. Choose what suits you the best. I like a bit hard tyre as it's much more durable in accordance to my routes. You can choose a mixture of both. Tyres like michelin primacy 4 or pirelli p7 provides you both expects, but remember there isn't anything like advan db in comfort and noiseless.
If you want hard, durable, good grip tyre in budget then go for general bg thunder max in this size. Yes, it comes in this size and it's a stock tyre on new civic turbo RS.

Continental UltraContact 6 (UC6) is much better in terms of the factors that you’re interested in.

Yokohama Advan db v552 is a very good tire, but it’s relatively soft tire and if used on rough terrain, it will get puncture easily and more often.
In addition to this, life span of Continental UC6 is also longer than Yokohama Advan db v552, but it also depends on the way that you use the tires.

What should be the logical price of 1.3 gli model 2015 duplicate smart card. 95k geniune mileage, Islamabad number, bumper to bumper geniune car, neat and clean with minor scratches

Continental UltraContact 6 (UC6) is much better in terms of the factors that you’re interested in.

Only comes in 205/65 R15, and not value for money now. Using it, Above 40k kms and its very noisy now. Though still got ample amount of tread and very grippy indeed.

In that sense, Yokohama being a very soft tire, is prone to get more punctures, thus, reducing the life of the tire, so less road noise doesn't benefit you that well if you have to replace it even around 30K kms running if used on rough terrains.
