why dont u get the wheel alignment checked on ur car? and go back to stock sized rims/tyres if u have bigger one installed... also do grease the steering cross which also could be reason to steering hardness...
most car have this feature that steering column collapse in case of accident saving a a major chest injury to driver, mostly modding with that not recommended caz weld and join jobs loose such feature...
lastly mehran had a pretty light steering last time i checked or is there any muscle deficiency, time to pick up some weights.
