Want to buy Honda city 2008 for Careem ..but confused

I want to buy Honda city IDSI 2008 model for uber and careem. I heard that this mode gives 15+ average with in city with AC all time in Lahore hot weather.

Can you guys share your experience about it?

In what price tag i can buy this model perfect condition car?

Yar it's not a good decision. No I-DSi gives 15+ KM/L or even close to that in city driving. As I stated before, it's better if you get a WagonR or an old Cultus.

Its quite efficient moreover you can get it in go and go+ category. I have seen many captains using city on Careem, they all claim 20+ milage after engine overhaul/replacement etc. but not personally verified or tested.

The car itself is agreat entry level sedan, parts are easily available and abundant, performance is very good, interior space and AC are great. Overall a win win.

You should not expect "perfect condition" car after 11 years. Be realistic in your expectation. You can find a kharki hui idsi in around 7.5 lacs and the 5 star condition for around 12. Rest everything will be in between.

It’s better if you rent one for a day and check it yourself. There are currently 7 city’s in my street. 3 are VTEC, 2 are VTEC steermatic and 2 are i-DSi. None of the I-DSi owners claim more than 14 KM/L in city with AC.

Yup, considerably zyaada ho gi. Plus it’ll be older too hence will need more work.

i think WagonR is the hottest car when it comes to Careem/Uber : ( it goes int to category of AC as well and isn't the expensive one too.
