These car manufacturers are very greedy and cold. Specially Atlas has much more unorthodox ethics compared to Indus. They have a clause according to which if you delay the final payment than specified date, in that case they reserve the right to delay your delivery by a period of their choice. These terms are mentioned on the PBO and that period can be upto 3 months.
For example your payment was due in November and you didn't pay and instead paid in January, they won't give the car immediately or even by a month. They will delay it as per their convenience of orders. And that delay could be then till March. They have their ends safe in such matters.
And specially with this December Vs January situation the demand is highest in January so they oblige mostly people with references in the same scenario. So unless you know someone there. They will make you go into a frustrating mood.
