It will cost you reliability, time effort and a lot of headache. Additionally the financial cost would be around 1.5 laakh.

This is the price when you use medium quality new parts. I am sure used chinese parts will be cheaper.
Also you would need to check if the awd tranny can handle that extra torque. Some can some cant
instead of turbo, replace the engine with m18a. much more reliable and easier
