Want to know the difference between suzuki g10 and g16 engines

Aoa fellows i hope everyone is doing fine..
I am about to buy suzuki cultus 07 model with efi engine..i know the stock comes with a g10 engine but the owner is saying its swapped to g16, but the engine numbers says its g10...how do i know if its 1.0 or 1.6?

G16 has different throtle body, its bigger and sesors r different...tappet cover is also different

if G10 written on the engine block then it is G10...unless it's tempered or something.
you can google g10 and g16. or share the picture of engine bay.
