i want to modify spectra interior give suggestion how to get black portion of dashboard to silver give suggestions.

Where's Spectra when you need him?

I wonder, if that front panel is removable, you could either get a new one and have it painted silver or use the existing one, although unrecommended. Besides, it looks cool as it is, unless of course if your car is silver.

Go to the DIY section and look at Spectra's post about servicing his Car deck.

a dent/paint shop will do it, you have to be carefull with paint if you do it yrself because you may spray uneven with can and put a blob of paint there somewhere.

body shop will remove steering console and centre with proper spanners, and use spray with pump they use to paint cars.

hmm spray paint will remove about some time because its a shine plastic so use different kind of paint.
