You will NEVER find this on the internet mate. Stuff like this is found by networking. You will have to physically go out and start visiting people at showrooms. Go to a dealership and talk to the highest ranking person over there 
AliBhai motors in karachi was a well known car dealership for years. My dad always bought our cars from him. He was there when the owner was trying to get a toyota franchise from the Habib's. A guy with a famous showroom and a good track record was refused. My father actually helped him get a Honda franchise through his friends (some are in politics) and now he is Honda Quaideen. So its possible.
Since you don't have a track record nor an existing business (be it a showroom or a workshop) you have your work cut out. Your best and i guess only option is a 2S dealership where you run a workshop and deal with service and spares. The price last year was 50 lacs (i have heard this from a reliable source) but it could be more or less. 3S is hard and requires friends at high places but 2S is gooood money also.
Visit your nearest Honda Pit-stop franchise and keep digging over there. Ask to speak to the owner as chances are it probably used to be a workshop before they became Pit-stop and the owner is still involved in day to day operations unlike a 3S dealership where you getting to meet the MD by just walking in and asking for him is hard.
Try Suzuki also but not sure about their 2S franchise. Same with Toyota also as i have yet to see a 2S franchise. Honda though definitely does it. But you need a existing workshop or have a constructed facility and know how for them to take your seriously.
DEINFA motors in karachi is another famous workshop which operated for years (started in bangladesh) and is now a 2S pit-stop franchise.
