Well i am not a expert.! And never been into such situation but in market 4 type of bumpers are available to my knowledge genuine type, taiwanese, Chinese, local ones.
The genuine type bumpers have best quality and are flexible to some extinct they don't get cracked easily.
Taiwanese are also good and have some flexibility like genuine ones but don't expect them to be like genuine one's.
Chinese are not so hard and not so soft they can absorb only little bumps from back if they are hitted a little hard they will crack or broke.
Local one's are totally crap they will break even with minor hitting.
If you have to purchase a new bumper then i think so they come without paint and you have to get them painted that may cost 1500-3000-/RS.
OR
You can try your luck in used part's market if you're able to find one matching piece.
I don't know much about Rawalpindi market much maybe ISB/RWP members can direct you to some shop.
