Yes, but they'll cost more. Almost 2.5 times more.

Light depends majorly on the bulbs you're using. But with better quality projectors, you'll get a finer cut-off line.

Yes, but you have to open the housing, which isn't advisable since they're rarely fitted back properly and result in dust/moisture accumulating inside.

bro new angel lights will cost u around 18-19k.these lights have neon rings which are much better then simple rings which used to come in old angel lights

m using angel lights in my car since 2 years nd they didnt gave a single problem.i'll suggest you to buy new angel lights not used

I would suggest you don't opt for projector headlights. They're a shashka for a couple of weeks and then they feel useless.

I have a pair of 2002 civic's lights lying uselessly in my house. I installed them for two weeks and then reverted back to the OEM lights. It was honestly a useless waste of money.

The ones for 13k sure won't be the good quality ones. Good quality ones will set you back by about 30k.

30k is a lot of money, spend it wisely on engine mods maybe? Better plugs, intakes, wires, headers, etc etc. You'll feel more difference and it'll last longer.

I can't say much about the kit though, since I haven't used one, ever. However, since your location says "Vehari", and we don't have best of roads in Vehari, you'll be hitting your car here and there on every bump and speedbreaker.

So save that 20k as well.

For the saved 50k, you can go for an awesome sound system. Or some stage one performance mods. Or you can go for some savvy rims ( I personally love the original ones).

agreed that angel lights are shaska but bro they realli make ur car look awsome..nd there is alot of difference in 2002 civic light nd 2010 civic angel light...2002 is simple ring light..in 2010 its neon ring light.
nd the best quality angel lights of reborn is max 19 thousand
