Wapda town muridke?

hi Guys,

One of my friend got a Plot in wapda town muridke
1 Lack 75 Thousand Plot Price.
and now 1Lack 75 Thousand in 12 installments, for service charges.

so total 3.5Lack for 10 Marla Plot.

Any idea? if any one heard. if this is valid legal society? is it good investment? from Lahore to this society 1 hour journey.

Its a legal society but not good from investment point of view. At the best, a very long term investment

thanx for the information bro actually my friend only had 1.5 lack saving, or itne peso me kaheen or plot nahi mil sakta, even if it is 10 to 15 years level output project , he is ok with that.

Do you have any info where to invest in property in less than 5 lack? that can be benifitial?

Hi,I just went for my 7th installment and their office is closed:( as per polic there is a dispute between 2 parties and that society is closes :-s , any one has any idea what to do? Or what's going on?
