Warid glow blunder

guys, be careful if any one think to use sms bundle of glow b warid.
they have billing issue,
it happened to me twice, i had bundle offer active, but after sending 150 message from daily limit of 250, my all balance of 70+pkr vanished.

first time i thought my mistake, but when it happened to me second time, i know its not my fault anymore, cause i use to write down remaining sms after that.though i have launched a complaint, but i am not hopeful :S

yes i can strem youtube wid warid and secondly because of glow gang feature where you call 10 fnf numbers for abt 30 paisa/30 min(approx)

well i buy 80 rs 8000 sms for 1 month package on ufone sim
and 40rs 10 mb internet package on warid sim
satisfied with both

honestly i buy that package for the month just so i can msg freely thoughout the month with no worries, i only send probably 10-15 texts a day spend most of my day on the phone

waird curently has the best net work in Pakistan, when compared to other service providers.

Call rates are reasonable enough, even in the post paid the billing is very much reasonable,

The prepaid yes they didnt hav much packaages etc but the glow has provided very attractive packages,

zong is also same. my cousin has zong and mostly he is complaining about msgs that either are not delivered or delivered very late. sometime i get like 6 or 7 of his msgs at once coz of late delivery. how is jazz? anyone has any opinion on jazz?

you can reach Warid's customer service through email at the following address: customerservice@waridtel.com. you will insha Allah get a reply in 24 hours and you wouldn't need balance to check on the status of your complaint.

Being a Warid user myself, I have never had any billing problems with Warid.

because most people have ported their SIMS to other networks, thats y there their network is free every time

I donno Y ppl still prefer sms bundle package when call rates r more cheaper.
Zong is offering LBC offer in lhr for Rs 7 daily for unlimited zong-zong calls.Ufone and telenor is doing the same.Don't think warid has anything comparable to offer in this category.
everyone has multiple sims now so use voice bundles instead of sms.

Looks like Poster is right, i first time activated glow sms bundle on my number, and
after few sms by balance is zero:@:@
looks like glow sms bundle sucks big time :S
