Its a 2,000 Rs wax, purchased after 3 months of search and applied by hand for an hour, if someone says it will not last longer then a month then I should not be greeting with joy.

I have ordered Wolfgang Synthetic wax for 4,000Rs from Edmonton, it will lasts even longer and have better shine.

Will apply after a royal shield coat.

You are quote right about the dust part and owning a black car in this country is a nightmare. However dust can cause swirl marks but it does not do that much damage to the clear coat. What the real killer here is sunlight. I take special care never to park my car in direct sunlight.

@mani1 i too follow waxing my cars every week and avoiding sunlight.to me wax is like oil.its better to wax more frequently with an average wax than using a very expensive wax n applying after a long time

have been using turtle, 3m and meguiars and a lot more..original turtle is much better than the local crap, as it isnt original

try importing meguiars, nothing like it..not even 3m

mothers is nice too and is easily available

take my word!...meguiars is the best!...i have tried turtle wax, mothers, nu-finish...and i love meguiars!...best of them all!

It's synthetic, supposed to leave a very glossy finish. That's what I've heard, but never used it myself.

It will take a few days, cause i'm going to have my bumpers fixed and then first do a round of compound polish for the swirls.. and then this baby.. But will definately share the results.

Can anyone recommend a compound polish that is good at removing swirls but not to harsh on the clear quote? I'm hesitant.

Its purchased from UK, my mum was there. I'm not sure of the shipping, i think it must've been 2-3 pounds more than the listed price. And that'll be your total.

ok then nice one you got! As far as swirls removing is concerned, you should evaluate it with existing condition and practice of your car body care. I have not used anyone so I better not suggesting you anything.
