Washing indoor unit of dc inverter AC

I'm using orient dc inverter and i live in dusty area.
I use it on auto fan mode still i have to clean ita fins twice a week.
Now problem is that in last season i got ac serviced twice due to choking of system due to dust.
Now again air flow has stopped almost by 80 percent and i can't afford to get it serviced after every 2 months.
Is it a wise idea to get the indoor jnot washed with water after unplugging the plug?

why would indoor unit get so dirty that it is choked every 2 months? Try to keep windows closed so that inside of room remains clean.

How often do you clean your filters?
@xulfiqar once recommended to use a hand air blower in reverse direction of AC outflow to clean the fins. Washing with mild soapy water is also fine i think. You can do it yourself

@xulfiqar, how to clean fins of blower as it also gets dirty? (not talking about evaporator)

inverter ka sath yeh issue ha agar is ka filter sahe tarah sa saaf nahi hun gay tu yeh cooling ka sath throw bhi kam kar daita ha
chalnay ma inverter acha ha

ma khud use kar rha hun is lia dono ma farak bata raha hun

or is bat ma atna hyper honay ki zurat nahi hai

haha give me reason, inverter ka filter jaldi kun ganda hoga? explain please. I don't care if your inverter's filter gets dirtier than your conventional.

And as a matter of fact, if your non-inverter filters do not get dirty quickly, then either air of that room is cleaner OR those filters are not good enough i.e. passing dirt in to the evaporator. A dirty filter means its doing its job well! how is filter related to technology of compressor? i cant stop laughing

bhai ka is lye masla aa raha hai kun k bhai ka AC dusty environment men hai. Un k pas non-inverter hota tab bhi yahi masla hota. Yes kuch ACs k filter acha saaf karte han air ko (yani jaldi ganday hotay han) aur kuch AC k filter dust puri taraf saaf nahi karte (der se ganday hoty han) par is ka taluq inverter ya non-inverter se nahi

Yes, i believe major problem is bcz of its very strong air throw.
I also have split ac whose air throw is not even half of this ac so as air throw is more so it sucks more dusty air from outside environment of room.

aap sirf aagr inverter ki functioning pr jaen, inverter kabhi trip nai krta like normal non-inverter, instead it continuously operates at lower, hence if in same period of time, inverter operates in full time period and non-inverter trips accordingly. so agar operating time zyada h inverter ka to dust bhi proportionally zayda ho gi.,

lol aik or logic. Bhai inverter ka compressor continuously run karta rehta hai yes, but indoor unit ka fan chahy AC inverter ho ya non-inverter ho, fan chalta rehta hai. Even if compressor is stopped, the indoor fan keeps running unless you are on dry mode.

Are you guys serious or trolling? relating filter dust built up with compressor running mechanism?

You can run it on low or medium speed, but strong air throw is a plus point not a negative. You can take other steps to reduce dust built up. These days manufacturers go for strong indoor motors, whether inverter or non-inverter, so new ACs have a lot stronger air throw

Yes its a plus point i agree.
So should i wash its blower with water???
Main issue here is that air blower is so so much dusty that vents in it almost closed.
Can i wash it with water?

I would recommend to borrow a hand air blower from somewhere and use that to clean the fins of blower motor.

For fins of evaporator coils, you can use mild soapy water, then use a soft brush to clean a little and then rinse with water.

inverter or not,

the evaporator fan if running in continous mode will have affect on clogging the evaporator, - btw - if your AC filter is so useless that you are seeing evap fins clogging with mud then change the filter out for something better

If its the useless nylon mesh, remove it and install a coarse foam mesh.

Brother issue is very much dusty area.
Anyways i washed it today 3 hours ago.
Lets see the result after an hour.
Visually its clean like new now.

I have karcher karcher k3 pressure washer.
With out applying any lance and with out removing feont cover of ac, i simply washed the front area of ac by moving up the front cover.
Then i pressure washed the blower fan.
And it is like new Alhamdolilah now.
I just ignored washing the right side of blower and coils which are near to circuit to avoid any issues.
Mission successful.
No need to give 2k now to mechanic in every season.
