dude go nicely, and ask the girl ke aapse akele main baat karni hai kuch give me just 5 minutes, start with your introduction like your name and batch and simply tell her that you're interested to marry her not that you love her or you want to be a friend. Ask her her number or email and if she doesnt give you then give her your number and email, then see if she contacts you, she will definitely discuss at home (with her mom sis or friend) and might contact you in few days. if she doen't then at least you made your stand clear to her. Will figure out something else.

Ill tell you something but you need to have a jigra for it.

Here are the steps,

1) Walk to her
2) Ask her friends to step away for a moment cuz its personal
3)If then dont n she tells you to speak infront of them then no worries.
4) Tell her that you're passing out of this institution so you want to acknowledge something
5) Tell her that you have been wanting her as your "committed" partner. (DONNOT mention LOVE) SInce Love is an attachment NOT any sort of crush. And donnot mention girlfriend etc since nice girls donnot like flirty guys nor they like one night stands. So commitment is the deal for you if she is nice and all.
6) Hence you want her answer regarding your proposal as a sincier person/friend etc.

I think better statement is, uske ghar ka pata lagao aur safaya kardo aise koi kisi ke ghar kese jasakta hai? islamabad main hosakta I guess in Karachi thats very risky
