jokes apart the advice u gave is very sensible. if the OP really likes her then he should find some info like where she lives and send a proposal through his family (to the girl's family). If it is real love then it means that OP is looking to be with her his whole life. And the best way to proceed is to send a formal proposal.
However if the OP is not serious and it is just a crush then he need stop and concentrate on his studies and leave the girl for now. Because cutting classes for a girl that you are not in love with doesnt make sense. And OP is also giving up on his future by not attending classes.

it took me 21 days to actually propose her, i was so damn confused just like you. My advice is to act natural, dont try to act "COOL", cuz girls hate this. Boys think that by wearing low waist jeans, picking up fights, acting all tough, driving fast, smoking cigarettes will attract girls. But they just hate it......Seriously, agar tum ye sab karte bhi ho to atleast us k samnay nai karna, try to be sober.

Do you have a final dinner or annual dinner of your graduation? if yes , then invite her to accompany you , then when all is clear or when your dropping her off at her home say your Dil ki baat or say it before just make sure the timing is right (when your both alone)
