I know all these things technically. All this is in case of problem and fault. In routine tunning no computerized tunning type of thing exsists.
The discussion was regular routine car tunning in which you missed Tappet adjustement / Valve adjuatment which is the prime part of Engine tunning along with Throttle body service with recalibration through computer.
Just wanted to correct it that you missed that major part to be checked and adjusted at evert 40 / 60 k kms. As the tappets becomes tight due to continuous wear of valve stem and valve seat insert
