I noticed water inside door after wash? Is it normal?
Yes. Totally normal
They just sprayed the water outside of the car, they didn't wash car by opening the door at all, it is when I opened to door to drive noticed it.
What worries me is that, it is the same area that has door latch, light on off button.

This is normal.Dont wash your car too often and it will not catch rust for years.
Wash it unless you drive it in rain or extremely dirty. Maybe once in 6 months a full underbody wash. Thats it.
