Water is reducing in the reservoir bottle of vitz 2002

Dear all
I have replaced gaskit in my vitz 2002 due to heating & water leakage in the radiator.now when i replaced gas kit along with kabli (almost new) radiator as well but i realized that water level is being reduced by almost 2 inch in the reservoir bottle after 70 km as i checked.also when i opened radiator cap after 6km run in the morning there was pressure in the radiator.however my car is not indicating over heat issue.
Somebody plz give me expert opinion is situation normal or some issue.....?

After gaskit change these type of leak occur due reuse of tty bolts. and wrongly torqued head

You should get you car back to factory spec asap buy new tty bolts. and go to any good mechanic whi uses torque wrench if the gaskit is some hand made fiber/paper one and not oem change it aswell

Saboor as i know my mechanic has reused old tty bolts and after your information it looks me the same case....

can someone tell me changing tty bolts require how much mechanical work,i mean is this activity same like replacing gaskit....or this is in comparison lesser work...?

You would need service manual of vitz of correct torque figures and than you need to find a mechanic with torque wrench (a torque wrench will ensure correct tightening of bolts)

Dear all
Issue is resolved as i installed new head gasket today now there is no leakage after about 50 kms of travel in quetta city but i observed my car fan is working more than normal i mean it switches on more frequently and for much more time than previously ....n today weather is also very cold at quetta as well....
can u suggest that is it normal or is there any issue in new head gasket installation.
I welcome suggestions...

complete story for new readers and saboor bhai and zulfiqar bhai welcome,,,,,

i installed new gasket (chadar wala) in vitz 2 weeks ago when it got heated up due to radiator water drained out.but after replacing gasket and new radiator i noticed that water was being leaked at some point in the gasket.However i went back to mechanic and today again he replaced gasket (again chadar wala but he painted it with spray color telling that it will get more strenth) .now i drove car almost 50km in quetta city and noticed no leakage of water but i observed that my radiator fan is working more that normal i mean it is switching on more frequently and for more time and its switching off time is very less as compared to switching on time.can u please guide me is there any issue here....
