After reading all this i just cant stop thinking that why you didnt stop your brother from getting into that relation???? He is too young to get into such things you should have stopped him earlier !!!!

And honestly i dont think the girl is at fault they way you have told that her mother didnt even let you talk to her its pretty obvious that whatever she did she did it under her parent's influence. 18 years looks likes a young age for a guy but not for a girl. your brother cant marry her then why should her parents wait for him dont you know its difficult in todays age to marry off a daughter. Everyone wants their children to have a better life so what wrong they did if they were thinking for their daughter's future????? You and your parents would have done the same if you were in their place.

I know its difficult to cope up with such situations but thats life you have to made several choices a day whether you like them or not. Im not against love but a person should be realistic, love at first sight, childhood lovers all such things look good in books but not in real life. The whole point of this lecture is that you make your brother understand that whats done is done now its his choice how he wants to spend his life???? Communication is the soultion to all problems so talk to him .... dont make him feel rejected be his pillar of support .... Another girlfriend, porn, cartoons etc these are not gonna help him ... Make him realize thats its his decision that brought him in this situation so he better face it like a man and learn from his mistakes !!!!!

well i would like to agree on one part that the girl was acting this way influenced by her mother. she does not have any father. secondly her family knows very well about us that we never back down from our promise and my brother promised that girl he'll mary her once his study is finished.

i would not agree on the part of her getting a better future as im not taking anyone's side but she can't get a more faithfull and promising husband than my brother as we are financially more strong and he's good a good future as an engineer. what i concluded was her mother's just being a pain in you know what just because of her own insecurity u see. she has this only daughter her elder sister is in uk married and does not come too often. if i was in her place though logically i would have done the same but morally i would not have.

Alright, I didn't read the whole thread but few of the replies. My suggestions will go like this. First of all don't discuss with him this issue again, second don't show too much sympathy neither show anger or shout on him on whatever happened. He just needs a girl for time pass that's it. Time is the biggest healer and he will recover don't worry, this time will drastically decrease if he finds another one soon and that trick "jab we met" really works Don't push him

Now I come down to my case first of all I apologize to @TrueEye that I misbehaved with him on his last reply to my thread, I just lost my temper at that time and I wasn't really recovered from all that.

That girl recently joined facebook. It's a coincidence that I always have found about her unintentionally. She is married and has a son and I really laugh at how fool I was in all that as @TrueEye once replied to me and said one day you will laugh at all this and he was right.
