i would prefer L7 anyday. 3001 is 1000 watts rms but pioneer is known for its fake power ratings.

Pioneer any day over kicker l7,

They bang abt the same but kicker does it with shittier quality plus it sucks at the real lows.

Always remember, more cone area more loudness but square means loud as **** and sound like ****.

Rofl i didnt mean to say that kickers are crap

i said they are really loud but their bass quality stinks and that i have personaly checked 2 kiker l7 12, tuned at 35hz in a big ported box powered by 2500d
they could make ur eyeballs hurt but sq was retarded. U may hve a different experience although

pioneers have their weakness in cone area but they perform gud per price. L7 are darn xpensive plus pioneers sq is much better.

Qureshi u seem confused to me

1) there is no way in hell that 2xw3001d4s sound like w307 2000wrms/800rms
2) U have either sum shitty amp or ur cars electrical system is way weaker than what u need, and trust me if u go l7 in this condition ull still be disappointed.

My advise correct ur power ur amp wiring wat so ever first to explore full potential of d4 and then if u want upgrade to l7. I would say downgrade its 750rms.

@spl fanatic:yaar currently em using evo1200d mono amp for subs wch ai bought frm kevin nd it produces 1100rms on 1ohm ai think,itz quite nice amp as ai already playd 307d2,d4 or pair ov typ r 1242d nd it feeded them as much current as they want!well ma battry is jst 40amp wch is v.low ai agreed.nd also ma amp is less efficient for splz as they want 2000rms both.bt ai dint found any amp whch is better for splz in used over here.so wt u suggest me cud ai upgrade ma battery nd amp nd staying wd splz or chnge ma subs wd jst chnge of a battery?yaar actually me nut heared pioneer splz at their full potential dats y ai got cnfused over it!

iv heard both......but i wud go for 3001d4s ........soundz way clear , and if i want to go realy mad and loud den its a l7......

3001d4s just need the ryt power amp nd a good box.......dy will rock
