No we can not overhaul, because we don't have repair kits available here. And you can connect H side gauge and L side gauge turn the ac on and observe the readings if your compressor is weak, head pressure will be low and suction side will be abit higher and, upon revving you will say head pressure won't bounce too much just few psi. This will show a weak compressor. But if while revving h side rises quickly and low side drops it shows you've a healthy compressor.
