@libra. Many thanks indeed for your genrous offer. I had no issue of space, may be after some years I need it, but my friend's host had some issues with Wordpress on which I have spent a great deal of time to learn and replicate my existing site. It is 100% wordpress ready and all I need is a running Wordpress installation at some host and Netfirms supports it and I hope that it will be no hassel.

Finally used my credit card. I hope not to be doped. lol

im using dynamic dns, they fwd it to my machine IP, but i can fwd it to diff folders

Hanif Bhai - those stats come as no surprise to me. This site is huge.

Also, I misquoted thee details of that deal. Its' 250GB diskspace and 2,000GB bandwith. I have a dozen sites running and its more than enough.

i think its too expensive if its ur first website. netfirms is $10 for a whole year - you can afford to play around.

its not too good to be true because i've used them. just make sure you cancel the auto renew before your year is over.

the coupon's history is that its from "maximum pc" magazine for special members only. it got leaked online and other ppl are using it.

any one who wants to know how come so many companies offer huge amounts of space and bandwidth for little money. Well you answer is "Overselling".

They wont and cant provide you the promised specs in shared hosting plans. Yahoo's Unlimited offer is the same story.

@anopak. @Punk has given your answer, in fact he needed the space most, as I don't need it write now, coz my site www.masroor.com.pk is already hosted free on a friend/cousins hosting account. First I got the deal for myself and when I went to register for Punk they said that the coupan code was valid for one credit card number only, so I gave/sold mine to @punk.

I have found someone who will pay from his credit card, can I register now and sign in from that person's place so that he can use his credit card to pay or I will have to do the whole registeration process at his place?

@ Borris. Yup the tracker link is a referral plan from Maximum PC Magazine for the coupon code to work. They'll reject the "MAX" coupon if you dont use the Maximum PC magazine link. Its part of a combined NetFirms & Max PC offer and is valid for one use only.

@ All. Guys make sure that you tell the people who is using their credit card to CANCEL the netfirms after one year. I cant stress how important it is to cancel the membership before they auto-renew at the regular rate of $120 a year. $10 is only good for one year!
