Weird noise in grande facelift

I wanted to ask some questions about the weird noise that comes in my grande facelift (57k) driven with all the cvt fluid and plugs changed recently. The noise comes when i floor the car and left off the accelerator and brake
Same noise also comes while reversing my car int my garage while flooring the accelerator
Went to my mechanic and according to him the gear’s belt is creating this noise and it needs to be replaced i.e the whole gear which is quite expensive i guess
So plz help me find out what this noise is
P.s it comes only when i floor the car while reversing or in drive and also when braking the car after flooring
I also have a video of it but for some reason it isnt being attached so i can dm the video on instagram or whatsapp

Bahi CVT gear oil should not be changed so early.

Yes my little brother use to do that cheap launch i.e holding the brake and acclerator at same time
But as soon as he told me that he did that i stopped him and in January was the last time he did that launch
And this noise started to come in February after changing the cvt oil

I wasnt there at the spot but my father got it changed from a oil shop which is our good friend
As far as I remember they opened the gear chamber and cleaned everything
And I believe there is some magnet that cathces dirt
That was also cleaned

And moreover I personally think that it is not a cvt or gear issue as cvt is fragile and it would have fauled till now considering the fact that the noise started to come in February and from then i have floored the car on 80 and went till 160 and did that many times as you would when you are in a mood​
But the car did not behave abnormally nor it did not give a good response car is still running smooth and well
But at the end being a car lover that noise really annoys me​

The cvt oil needs to be changed with a proper recommended procedure and the dealership is the right place for it.

Although the procedure which dealership follows is also not perfect but I would still suggest that the dealership would be a better option as compared to a local mechanic (even though he was a good friend of ur father but he may have limited knowledge)

I don't think so, he should change the cvt oil with recommended procedure using the Toyota genuine CVT fluid

Yea thats what the local mechanic said that the gearbox needs to be opened and at the same time is saying that no need to worry and run it with no tension at all while here I’m thinking of it day and night and cvt is very fragile and also expensive to change​🥲

Could be just too much or too little fluid. Check videos on YouTube on how to change the cvt fluid. At the end they also tell you how to check for excess fluid.
