a lil update if anyone else faces similar issue.
This noise was coming from the Water Body of the engine, particularly the fan of the Water Body Kit. The Water Body is used to circulate water / coolant in the radiator throughout the engine and keep it cool and over time because of dust and wear and tear it starts making this screeching sound.
The mechanics fixed it by taking the water body fan out and dipped it in oil for 2 hours. Afterwards they cleaned it from the outside with a cloth and put it back together by adding silicone to the shell.
It has been 3 days now and there hasn't been any noise so far.
Total cost for this procedure was 1200 Rs from Suzuki Mini Motors Lahore.
