I am 6ft and 78kgs for now ( BMI 23 ) . I avoid fried stuff, have cut a lottt on chapati . .. not more than half in one meal, come what may. Rice is favourite, cant leave it. Sugar yes, besides fruits I don't take sugar at all !!
Than I work my a** off. Before ramadan it was 5 km x-country track and now it is treadmil and than gym ( very little weight lifting) my main focus is on push ups, pull ups, reach ups, lunges, squat thrust etc, periodically.
Eat well before sleeping, If u sleep around mid-night than eat before 8 ...
Yes, after work out squeze one lemon in water (350-500ml) and drink that ... it works like magic for weight loss
